Today was one of the best I’ve had in awhile. I woke with the urge to go to the bookstore. I NEEDED to. It was important. I needed to get a book called “It’s Kind of a Funny Story”. I had hyped myself up the night before watching the trailer for the movie over and over again. So I texted my friend Heather after class and asked if she could take me. She came and got me and we started talking in the car, making small talk. She invited me to lunch, and since I had some extra money I agreed. We went to the restaurant she works at, O’Charley’s for lunch after I went and picked up my book. She ordered so many appetizers I could not hardly eat my meal but it was very cheap for the food. She gets a discount.
She then invited me to have dinner with her and her boyfriend that night. We decided we would go to the meat market and find something nice to cook. We picked up some steak kabobs and went to her boyfriend’s house to cook. We did our homework for a little while and listened to 80s music. We made the steak kabobs and drank an entire bottle of wine. It was very very nice. I ended up drinking more than I wanted to and went home feeling pretty good. This is all. It was very enjoyable.
